ATTENTION:
Somehow I've been nominated to be one of the first videos played on the new MTV channel MTVK. There's no chance I'm gonna win going up against the likes of LINKIN PARK and the YEAH YEAH YEAH'S, but "HEY!!" it's still pretty flattering to be included. And who knows, maybe I will win, but probably not. But you never know, ummmmm... Anyways, if you want to check it out, go to MTVK.com You don't have to vote for me, just check it out. I hate when I get mass emails from bands that say, VOTE FOR US!! WE'LL GET TO BE ON BLAH BLAH BLAH. Who cares.

9:02 AM
MONDAY morning..I'm eating oatmeal with raisins and life couldn't be better right? I'm determined to plow through much work today. SO it's eyes forward, hands on the keyboard, type, type, type, type and yeah.. FUN EH?? I went to a wedding in Berkeley on Saturday. Monica's friend Jackie and her man of choice MAC tied the knot. Not his real name, but that's what everyone calls him. Open bar, though I didn't drink... Well, I did..but just soda. Does that count? hors d'oeuvres consisting of mushrooms stuffed with crab, bruschetta, and smoked salmon. Mmmmmmmmmm Mmmmm Mmmmmm.. Me likes food.

Dinner was a chicken florentine type of deal. Ya know with a pastry covering over the chicken and a nice salad which I ate two of since there was an extra at our table. Another girl named Hazel didn't eat her dinner so I friggin ate hers too. Is that rude? She wasn't going to eat it, so I ate it. Of course I asked. Then it was dancing and believe it or not Monica is finally up and at em for the dance session. I give her much credit for trying. She's no Madonna on the dance floor, but she's trying damn it.

We tried to make it up til' cake time, but we were getting sleepy and had been there nearly 8 hours and still no cake. It looked so good, but we bailed out with much sadness. Driving back home, we passed the Oakland coliseum which still had it's lights on and the parking lot was packed. Didn't the game start at 6 PM? It was now 11 PM and as I shuffled through the radio to find the game, the top of the 17th inning was just starting. Wow. That's a long long game.

It made me smile for the remainder of the drive. Oh, I saw Nacho Libre. AMAZING!! That is all.
Peace,
Mike Park
