I just woke up from a nap. My day started early by seeing XMEN 3. I loved it. For those who say otherwise, you are bad. I am ready for XMEN 4. Please hurry..please.

Yesterday, I met up with my friend Virgil and his wife Stephanie for lunch. Josiah and I walked, which was about 2 miles away. We went to a Mexican restaurant called LA something?? I can't remember. I had tacos, but they were smothered in velveeta for some reason. Ahhhh...not the best Mexican food, but better than Mighty Taco.

Afterwards, I went over and checked out the Suburban Home HQ. Huge place right across the street from the DENVER BRONCOS football stadium. Total rent-$1,000/month. In San Jose, the same space would cost $5,000/month. Maybe I should move out here.

And then a 50 minute walk back to Josiahs where I took a power nap before heading out to Colorado Springs. Fortunately there was very little traffic as we rolled into town in a little bit under two hours time. The Springs is a place that holds a special place in my heart. Some of the most memorable shows have been in this small town. As early as 1992, playing at the skate park. BLAH BLAH. BLAH...

So the show is at a place called the BLACK SHEEP. Iplayed with two great bands called GHOST BUFFALO and PISTOLITA. Both were amazing, nice people, and am excited to have made new friends. As for my show...FUN FUN FUN. Really, I had an amazing time. One of the best shows I've played in a really long time. Took some brilliant pictures which reminds me...I need to put up a ton of pics on my website. Ummm.. yeah, great people were met and I'm just very pleased to have played that show. TOnight is Denver. HOpefully it will be as fun as last night.
Peace,
Mike Park
