I feel.....Groggy and tired and cold and I need to stop complaining. We just completed the big London show. Over 3,000 people. Felt awkward playing solo in such a friggin huge venue. The stage alone was bigger than most venues I play. THe previous night, I sold a record 117 cd's, but managed only 9 in LONDON. How is that possible. I thought I got a good reception. Strange. Oh well, no time to dwell on trivial matters. I usually sell my own merchandise which is something I enjoy, but this big club sold everything themselves and I was stuck behind the scenes. I always enjoy hanging out and meeting people, but this place was so big it just felt weird. Change topics!

Let's go over what I ate at catering yesterday:
BREAKFAST:Proper English Breakfast(BEANS, TOAST, EGGS, PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS, VEGGIE SAUSAGE)
LUNCH:MOCK CHICKEN BURGER, SQUASH SOUP, SPINACH/MANGO/AVOCADO SALAD, 3 BEAN SALAD
DINNER:GNOCCHI with veggies, and various salads
AFTER SHOW:SOUP, CURRY CHICKEN

I missed breakfast cause I slept in too late, but I can smell lunch being made. I'll eat that up and then go for a long walk. My mouth is dry and I need some lip balm. Well, today we are in Leeds at a big university. Which will make for some nice walking. I am excited again and the smell of food is waking me up.
Peace,
Mike Park
