Does anybody want to trade ASIAN MAN RECORDS cd's, shirts, etc.. for free stuff. What stuff you ask?? Basically anything...if you work in a restaurant, theater, any type of entertainment like arcades, batting cages, blah blah....anything. Let's trade!! I'm gonna be all over the US this summer. Just look at my tour dates to see if I'm in your area. So this trade goes out to anyone who can hook me up with free stuff. Again, let's trade... basically, anything we have at asian man is up for trade. And if you live in Santa Cruz... That's where I live, so if you can hook me up there, then double bonus

11:27 AM
Believe it or not, weíve already been driving for 6 and a half hours. We left Chandler, Az. at 5 AM to make it to Santa Fe, NM by 3 PM. I just relinquished my driving duties to Mr. Chris Candy. I tried to keep driving, but I was falling asleep at the wheel and ya know.......that aint gonna be good for anyone.

Day 2 was spent at Billie Speeceís home. She is a wonderful young woman who has a booming personality. We are all in agreement that she ROCKS!! My only dissapointment is we didnít get to hang out enough. By the time I was finished playing and packed up it was nearly 10 PM and though that is early, my body was completely done for the night. We had been driving for 7 hours and though you donít really do anything except sit there, driving takes it out of me.

There were a good number of people at Billies and house and an even great number of food items. They had these friggin huge submarine sandwhiches which were larger than life. You couldnít get your mouth around it. But I tried. DAMMNIT!! I tried. Lots of junk food:CHIPS, SODA, DIP, etc.. I tried a bit of everything. And was proud of myself for not going overboard.

Billieís dog was locked up in her moms room. I only got to see the dogs nose sniffing under the door, but he/she whined during my entire set. Made for some interesting background sounds. I had a lot of fun playing for Billie and her posse of friends. Billie even gave up her bed for me to sleep on whilst she took the couch. I said NO, but she said YES. So I said OK. Ummmm.. yeah, she had to really twist my arm. Anyways, thanks Billie for being great.

Weíve got 3 more hours tilí we arrive in Santa Fe. Iím going stir crazy in this vehicle. A reminder on how much I hate driving. But at least itís a beautiful drive. Whenever I feel like bugs are crawling on me, I just shake my head, look around, and say AHHHHH!!! Itís so beautiful. And to be honest, it is. There are signs that have a picture of an elk on a yellow background with 25 MILES printed on it. Iím guessing this means watch out for ELK?? If the elk and our car meet weíll all be doomed, so Iíll take that into consideration.

I need to take a nap now. Iíll write more tomorrow. Be well.
Peace always,
Mike Park
