Basically anything...if you work in a restaurant, theater, any type of entertainment like arcades, batting cages, blah blah....anything. Let's trade!! I'm gonna be all over the US this summer. Just look at my tour dates to see if I'm in your area. So this trade goes out to anyone who can hook me up with free stuff. I feel like crap. My allergies are on red alert. There's really nothing to say except it's a miserable feeling. The weekend seems long for some reason. Like I'm ready to go back to work. Maybe that's because I actually did work for 3 hours today.

I stepped on the scale today and I'm a whopping 216 pounds. YIKES!! I double the size of MONICA. Is that something to be proud of? But my feeling on this is quite tricky. I'm very active. Excercise is a daily routine and often twice a day. So I tell myself "EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT!!". Maybe that's not such good advice to give me. As my advanced age continues, I can't keep eating so much junk food. SODA, ICE CREAM, CAKE, CHIPS, MMMMMMM... MMMMM... GOOD.

Oh well. That's life. What the heck did I do this weekend? Friday I went to an A's game. this kind young man named Shane hooked me up big time. You can buy a beer for $9.75. NINE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY FIVE CENTS!!! I held out and didn't spend a penny. I went to TACO BELL and bought food off of the dollar menu and got some water and the grocery store. I had been sitting in OAKLAND since 3 PM cause I didn't want to battle traffic. I'm sure I've said this before, but I'll do anything to beat traffic. I'll leave in the middle of the night. My kryptonite is traffic.

The Athletics lost 6-2. Making my last 3 appearances all losses for the A's. Tired as can be, I treked over to the BLANK club to see a band called MONKEY play. It was their record release show and damn... I put out the record, so I kind of felt obligated to go. It was a 21+ bar and they didn't even go on til' 12:45 AM. I lasted 3 songs and the body couldn't continue. I finally made it home at 1:40 AM and crashed out.

Yesterday, Monica and I traveled down the coast on our bikes and went for a hike on the cliffs off hwy 1. We saw lots of rabbits, and other varmints(SPELLING?) I like seeing animals. I throw rocks at them after I chase them. Just kidding. I'm a good boy. The ride/hike was beautiful, but I'm still paying the price for the allergetic season blasting into my nasal passages. It's cool. So here I am in my room wanting to go outside, but at the same time knowing that my body needs a break from the pollen. What a dillema eh?
Peace always,
Mike Park
