There's a block of ice resting on my back with three bungee(Spelling?) chords holding it in place. I really need to get in touch with a message therapist and figure out this back problem. It's not going away and now I've tweaked it even more with some careless excercise. Oh...the pleasures of getting old.

Last night I saw a movie called the Aviator. 3 hours long, but at no point in the movie was I tired of uninterested. Thumbs up from me. I've been getting free admission from this girl named Anna. Last night, she seemed a little annoyed at me. Hmmmm.. I hope I'm not stepping over the line with free tickets. But I like it so much. Maybe I can give her a care package of cd's or something when I go there next.

It's raining right now, not so hard, but a constant drizzle. Man oh man. I can't believe the destruction from the Tsunamis off the coast of Indonesia. 22,000 people are dead. I feel so far removed from it all, but after seeing some footage this morning I can't help but feel sick to my stomach. This could easily happen to us folks in California. A 9.0 earthquake at the ocean floor would be insane. Well, now that I've put everybody in sad state, I'd better just end the writings for today.
Peace always,
Mike Park
