Geez...I'm busy as a bee, but that's good. I'd rather be busy than twidling my thumbs in boredom.

I didn't get a chance to write yesterday since I was driving most of the day. I went to Sacramento with Miya to visit our distributor called MORDAM RECORDS. They are simply lovely people.

I love going there. It's this huge warehouse full of records and we always get a bunch of free music. I got the new pedro the lion, leftover crack, twisted roots, velvet teen. Remember.. FREE=GOOD

Stopped at IN N OUT BURGER and got a cheeseburger without the meat and grilled onions. Holy shmoly thats good stuff they have. Add a pink lemonade and extra crispy fries and wow. And it's so healthy. Well, not really, but anyways.

Headed back home and got a call from a friend named Julie. Hadn't talked to her in a long time, but she was very emotional and was having a hard time talking to me.

She eventually was able to regain composure and tell me that she had broken up with her boyfriend and was hoping I could take her to her dads house in Pleasanton.

My first instinct is of course and that's what I ended up doing. But to be honest, I was like ARGGHHH!!! I just drove 5 hours back and forth to Sacramento and now I have to drive an hour to Oakland.

I was dying and feeling miserable, but how could I not help a friend. Isn't that what friends are for? But I had evil thoughts of calling and saying.. Oh man.. My car broke down. I'm so sorry.

Anyways, it's cool. I drove and drove for a total of 7.6 hours. Gas cost approximately $43. That's cheap eh? Today, there's more driving. I'm heading to Oakland to see the A's play at 7 PM, then I'm leaving to see TOYS that Kill play in Oakland and then when they're done I'm heading to another show to see GOOD FOR COWS.

I just saw GOOD FOR COWS play for the first time at Bottom of the Hill and they were amazing. Simply amazing. I wasn't able to stay for deerhoof. I really love that band, but I was so tired. ARGGHH!!

Anyways, I have a rash on my genitalia. That's probably more than you wanted to hear, but it itches bad and I'm pretty much an itcher, so...ummmm...yeah..

Peace, mike park

PS-I'll be posting the following for the next few days, so if you've read this before go to sleep.

This year, the day will be July 19th vs. the Toronto Blue Jays. We will begin the BBQ at 5:00 PM at the far north end of the Oakland Coliseum parking lot facing the freeway 880. There will be a big red van with a 10 x 10 white tent that says plea for peace on it.

I'm gonna rent a generator and have punk bands play until we get told to shut down.(hopefully that won't happen) There will tons of Asian Man swag being given away, so bring a bag with you. If you plan on coming, I need you to email me at mikeasianman@aol.com

This way I will know how many tickets to buy(It should cost around $5 as I think I can get a group discount) and to know how much food to buy for the BBQ. The big problem last year was that so many people didn't RSVP that I was struggling with lack of food.

ARGHHH!!! So, there's the info.. I'll send more info. as it comes in. And I'll list the bands playing as that info. comes in.
