Doesn't it seem silly to make your bed? I think it's safe to say that I've only made my bed a few times in my life. It's just gonna get messed up again later. It's a waste of time. I love the look of an un-made bed. It's so fun and fresh and exciting. Without doubt, a woman who doesn't make her bed is a woman with great substance and heart.

I don't know what the hell I'm saying?? I'm just reflecting on the fact that my mom made my bed when I lived at home. CRAZY? YES!! Duh.. But she did it. It's hard to believe, but yes... Actually, in the summer I just have one blanket with a sheet cover and I sometimes make my bed when there's only one blanket to throw across the body of the bed. It takes about 12 seconds, so that's not too long.

Last night, I practiced guitar for a bit and then headed downtown to watch Fog Of War. A documentary of Robert McNamara. He was sect. of defense during the Kennedy/Johnson era. Super interesting insight to the Cuban Missile Crisis and how close we were to an actual nuclear war.

I drank green tea and chatted with acquaintances. Got free popcorn from this guy Ian who always gives me free stuff when I go to the theater. I tipped 2 bux and then ate the delicious popcorn. My friend Ken offered to drive me home after the movie, but I opted for a nice brisk walk.

I got home and ate 2 veggie burgers and some orange juice. I wasn't even hungry, but I have an eating disorder and can't help myself. I just have to eat late at night. I read some comics before bed and fell asleep around 3 AM.

I woke up at 8:30 and then went back to sleep. Sometime from 8:30 to 9:15 I had a nightmare. The first one in a long time. I can't even get into it. But it was scary. Oh boy. Very strange. But after that I got up and headed to blind center to do some volunteering. It had been a long time since I came in, but it was good to see everyone. I talked to my friend Eddie who is 88 years old. His hip is hurting lately, so he has a hard time getting around, plus he's blind damn it. He's amazing. He still lives on his own in an apartment in San Jose. How he's able to do that is beyond me, but good for him.

My friend Chris is coming to visit from LA tonight. FUN FUN FUN. Take care everyone. The weather is a bit better today, so hopefully no more rain for awhile. Please...

Peace, mike park
