Last night, I was bored out of my mind. I ended up walking for nearly 3 hours in the freezing west coast night. Yeah...I know.. It's still warm compared to the arctic snow conditions of the midwest and northeast, but still...my ears were chilly and my nose was cold, cold, cold cold.

The solo walk was good and I got a chance to think about stuff which is quite important. Trying to put things in perspective as to what is important and what is trivial in life. I think the high light of the evening was the passing by traffic of a young man wearing a slip knot t-shirt. Very stereo typical nu-metal features. Big pants, flannel, head phones on, pissed off look. But anyways, he was super skinny and just looked pissed off. Wearing glasses with the shaved at the bottom hair cut with the top flopping along. He was coming towards me and was just singing along to the nu-metal, but with the deepest, most evil sounding voice. It was pretty amazing. I'm not one to diss anybodys choice in music or style and that's not what I'm doing here. I'm just enjoying an encounter and sharing it with y'all..

Ok, back to work for me. Have a great Tuesday.

Peace, mike park
